$500 to start · $3,000 on delivery of your shortlist

What it costs

$3,500 total per role, paid on delivery.

$500 engagement fee to start
$3,000 on delivery of your shortlist
$3,500 maximum, all-in

You pay a $500 engagement fee to kick off the search. That covers the intake call, the AI sourcing run across 1.2 billion profiles, and experienced-recruiter vetting of every candidate. When your shortlist is delivered, the $3,000 balance is due, for $3,500 all-in. There is never a percentage of the candidate's salary, so the price is the same whether the role pays $60,000 or $160,000. It is a low-cost, affordable flat fee that stays under $5,000 no matter the salary.

Frequently asked questions.

What is HireSelect?

HireSelect is an AI-powered candidate sourcing and vetting service from BizFirst. We search over 1.2 billion professional profiles, then our experienced recruiters review and vet every candidate before sending you a shortlist of 3 to 5 for your specific role.

How much does HireSelect cost?

A flat $3,500 total: $500 to start and $3,000 on delivery of your shortlist. There is no percentage-of-salary fee. For a $75,000 role, a traditional recruiter charging 15 to 25% would cost $11,000 to $18,000.

What counts as a qualified candidate?

A qualified candidate is someone who meets the must-have requirements you set on the intake call and has been reviewed by a experienced recruiter against them, not just matched by keywords. Before anyone reaches your shortlist, we confirm they have the experience the role calls for, that their salary expectations fit your range, and that they are available and genuinely interested. The practical test is simple: a candidate counts as qualified when you decide to move them to a first interview.

How many candidates do you source, and how many do you submit?

We source widely and submit selectively. Our AI scans more than 1.2 billion profiles and a experienced recruiter works the strongest matches, but you never get a long list to wade through. You receive a focused shortlist, typically 3 to 5 candidates who have cleared vetting, each with a fit analysis, confirmed salary, and pre-screen notes. The goal is a short, high-signal list you can act on, not volume for its own sake.

Does the $3,500 include screening?

Yes. The flat $3,500 includes the full screen: each candidate is reviewed by a experienced recruiter against the experience and requirements of your role, with salary expectations confirmed against your range, and delivered with a fit analysis and pre-screen notes.

Do you verify experience, or just screen resumes?

We verify, we do not just scan resumes. AI surfaces candidates, then a experienced recruiter speaks with each one and checks their actual, relevant experience against your must-haves, along with salary expectations and availability.

How long do you work the search?

We work on a clear, fast window. First submissions come sooner, and your full shortlist arrives within 5 to 7 business days of the intake call. Fifteen business days is the outer bound: if we have not delivered at least three interview-worthy candidates by then, we refund your $500. Because the fee is flat and tied to delivering your shortlist, we are focused on landing qualified people quickly, not billing for time.

What happens if you cannot produce 3 to 5 qualified candidates?

It is uncommon, but if a role is genuinely hard to source, here is how it works. Your $500 gets the search moving: the intake call, the sourcing run across our full stack, and experienced-recruiter vetting. The $3,000 balance is due only when we deliver your shortlist, so if we cannot put interview-worthy candidates in front of you, you do not owe it. And if we cannot deliver at least three interview-worthy candidates within 15 business days, we refund the $500. We also tell you early if the requirements and the market are not lining up, and work with you to adjust the target so the search can land.

Is there a refund or guarantee?

Yes, in the form that fits a flat-fee sourcing service. Refund: if we cannot deliver at least three interview-worthy candidates within 15 business days, we refund your $500, and the $3,000 balance is only ever due once your shortlist is delivered.

Are LinkedIn Recruiter and other paid sourcing tools included?

Yes. The flat fee covers our entire sourcing stack: AI that scans more than 1.2 billion profiles, premium sourcing tools and licenses, and job boards. You do not need a LinkedIn Recruiter seat, an ATS, or any tooling of your own. We bring all of it, which is part of why setup is immediate and the price stays fixed.

Are candidates exclusive to us?

The candidates we source and present for your role are worked for you, not shopped to other clients as a shared list. Every search runs against your specific requirements, and the shortlist you receive is built for your role.

Do you have to sign an exclusive contract?

No. There is no exclusivity and no lock-in. You can keep interviewing your own candidates alongside the shortlist we deliver.

Can you handle several searches under a volume price?

Yes. We can run several searches at once, and for multiple roles we will quote a volume price rather than full freight on each. One thing worth saying plainly: when you are filling a handful of similar roles at the same time, a dedicated embedded recruiter is often faster and more economical than buying several separate shortlists. That is what BizFirst, the recruiting firm behind HireSelect, offers through PartnerHire, and we will point you there if it is the better fit.
